Teacher Amy Kelly

Miss Amy Kelly

Owner/Director/Instructor

Miss Amy began dancing at the age of three, and her passion was ignited. She helped create a dance team at her middle school and joined her high school dance team for her senior year. A proud Hamilton Chargerette alumna, she then won several first-place awards at both regional and national levels during her four years competing with the UW-Stevens Point Dance Team. Additionally, she coached a junior high team.

Following college graduation, Miss Amy’s dance adventures continued in Nashville, where she was co-choreographer and backup dancer in two music videos. She then made a big move to the Madison area, where she worked full-time for a dance studio in both the recreation and competition programs, all while coaching the local high school team, which was very successful and had Regional, State, and National titles. Miss Amy attended dance classes in Los Angeles, went to conventions, and pursued further dance education.

Attitude Dance Company was founded in the spring of 2017, fulfilling Amy’s longtime dream of owning a dance studio. In her second year at ADC, she coached the Waukesha South Dance Team for one year before becoming the head coach at Sussex Hamilton. She was thrilled to coach the team, especially since she used to be a Chargerette herself. In the three years she coached Hamilton, they became both state and national title winners. She recently resigned to focus on her studio and the growth of dance in Sussex. Miss Amy is the proud recipient of several choreography awards and teaching awards throughout her career. She continues to enhance her knowledge by attending conventions and gaining insights from other dance professionals.

“I am in awe of the wonderful dancers and families who continue to inspire me each day! Words can’t express my gratitude for your love and support. Watching the growth of ADC and the dance community in Sussex/Lisbon is by far one of the most magnificent honors in my life, and I look forward to the many years to come!”

Miss Jasmine Gosda

Instructor

Jasmine Gosda, a native of Madison Wisconsin, discovered her passion for dance at a very young age and made it her lifelong career choice. She attended many competitions and conventions around the Midwest as well as performed in many local ballet companies throughout her childhood. She pursued her dream by studying dance in college, where she received recognition and scholarships for her talent. Although this all seemed great, she faced challenges that led her to leave college and decided to turn lemons into lemonade by trying something new; teaching. She gained valuable experiences through an internship at Children’s Theater of Madison, where she became the youngest choreographer for their summer musicals. She always wanted to be a teacher so she began her teaching at various studios in the Madison area. She has gained so much knowledge from many different local instructors as well as trained with Nan Giordano from the Giordano Dance Company for their jazz teacher training back in 2020. She has also served as a guest artist at many studios across the state of Wisconsin which inspired her to expand her horizons to want to become an instructor at studios away from her hometown. With a strong passion for dance and a drive to continuously learn and grown, Jasmine is excited to begin her journey here at Attitude Dance Company.
